We never receive your raw database in any format. No spreadsheet, no file, no transfer. You upload your contacts directly into the platform under your own account. We are added as a user inside your account. The platform logs every activity including any export attempt, so you can see exactly what was done and by whom at any time. Your data never leaves a platform you control.
Yes. The Utility Shift is not a workaround or a loophole. It is skilled copywriting applied to how META evaluates template intent. Every template we submit goes through META's official approval process. We do not bypass anything. We just know how to write copy that qualifies the right way.
You pay RM1,500 at the start of the month. At month end, we calculate how much you saved versus the marketing template rate. Our fee is 25% of that saving. If 25% of savings is more than RM1,500, we invoice you the difference. If it is less, no additional charge. If we produce zero savings, you get the full RM1,500 back.
You pay nothing. If we do not reduce your blasting cost in a given month, the full RM1,500 is refunded. No partial refunds, no fine print. The only condition is that you have held up your side: database uploaded, wallet funded, copy and schedule submitted on time. If we fail to deliver savings after that, every ringgit comes back to you.
We rewrite and resubmit at no additional charge. Template rejection is a normal part of the process. We do not count a rejection as a failed month. The 14-day preparation window creates buffer time for resubmissions. We have not had a case where we could not eventually achieve utility classification
Number bans happen when recipients report a message, usually because the database is cold, unowned, or contacts do not recognise the sender. Our responsibility covers the copy, the template submission, and the execution. The quality and consent status of your database is your responsibility. This is clearly covered in the service agreement before we start. If your database is warm and owned, the ban risk is very low regardless of blast volume.

The subscription is RM89 per month and setup is handled during onboarding. If you have an existing platform, you can keep it for other uses. Our service runs through Closero.
