Terms & Conditions

The site describes Preda's services, such as WABA blasting. Any service work we do for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with you for it, not by these terms. If the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

You may use the site for its intended purpose only. You must not:

• break the law, or help anyone else to, through the site
• try to get into parts of the site, the portal or our systems you have not been given access to
• copy, scrape or download the site's content in bulk, or use it to train software
• send anything harmful, such as malware, or anything that overloads or interferes with the site
• pretend to be someone else, or give us information you know is false

Sending an application or enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a place. We review each one and may decline any of them without giving a reason. If it suits, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email at the details you gave.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and are shown on the product page and at checkout. Unless the page says otherwise, a module is one payment, with no subscription.

Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider, on its own secure page. Your purchase is confirmed when the payment succeeds and we send your access to the email you gave.

If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before you get access.

Where a product page shows a normal price and a lower launch or offer price, the offer price applies only while the page shows it.

A module is linked to the email address that bought it, or that we shared it with. You sign in to the portal with that email and a six-digit code we send to it. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in.

"Lifetime access" means you can use the module for as long as we offer it online. We may update, improve or correct a module's content at any time, and updates are included.

We may suspend or end access that is shared, resold or otherwise misused, without a refund.

Everything on the site and in the modules (the words, drawings, tools, templates, photos and videos) belongs to Preda or our licensors and is protected by copyright.

Buying a module gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to use its ideas in your own business. You may not share your sign-in, copy, record, resell, republish or distribute the content, or give it to another person or to software, without our written permission.

Each module's product page says whether it has a money-back guarantee and for how long. Behind the Blast has a 7-day money-back guarantee.

To ask for a refund under a guarantee, email hi@preda.agency from the address you bought with, within the guarantee period, counted from the day you bought. We refund the full price to the original payment method, and your access to that module ends when the refund is made. A guarantee allows one refund per person for each module.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

The site and the modules give general information and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Results described on the site or in a module are those of particular businesses and are not a promise of yours. Each product page carries its own disclaimer, which forms part of these terms for that product.

The site and the modules refer to, link to or rely on services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp and Meta, payment providers and email platforms. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or decisions, including any decision to restrict or ban an account or number. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

As far as the law allows, Preda Agency Sdn. Bhd. and its directors, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, sales, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or a module.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to your use of the site from the day they are posted, and to purchases made after that day.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute about them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
